- Work experience: Having a wealth of work experience in famous laboratories and large pharmaceutical factories in Vietnam. Experienced many senior positions in research and quality assurance of pharmaceutics.

2. Pharmacist Nam expanded into the field of cosmetics and dietary supplements to support beauty, which is a special opportunity for the profession.

While working at large factories specializing in health care products, by chance Pharmacist Le Dinh Nam attended an international conference on the topic of cosmeceuticals applied in beauty. At that conference, he met colleagues and old school friends, and discussed the current status of beauty products in Vietnam, which made him very concerned.

In fact, in recent years, mixed creams (mixed manually from unknown-origin ingredients and by unskilled people) and poor quality cosmetics have caused serious damages not only to money but also to skin health. In the meantime, quality, genuine cosmetics are imported from abroad, therefore, the price is very high due to shipping, taxes and branding costs. So how to solve the problem of quality products and reasonable prices, gaining consumer trust? He spent many sleepless nights because of that question and decided to give up his position as Production Director at a large factory that many people dream of to do research on pharmaceutical and cosmetic products applied to Vietnamese skin.

For Pharmacist Nam, quality products must be products that:

- Carefully researched in the laboratory.

- Raw materials must be of good quality, originating from reputable places. That is also the reason why TreaMax products have higher production costs on average than similar products.

- Have detailed training and usage instructions for Distributors, Agents, and users.

- Receiving feedback and learn thoroughly about negative feedback about the product's efficiency.

- And especially: The final price must be reasonable, not pushed too high, suitable for many users while still ensuring quality.

He and his colleagues are continuing to research to produce good quality products to help skin care and treatment (acne, melasma, varicose veins, hair growth, etc.) for TreaMax and subsequent brands. He also seeks for a brand that has a high percentage of natural ingredients from available ingredients in Vietnam and still brings high efficiency.
