The MetaSkin App is the only free application in Vietnam specifically designed for Spa and Clinic owners, featuring a Treatment - Protocol management module and consultation with a dermatologist, aiming to standardize operations and connect directly with a team of dermatology experts. The main functions of the MetaSkin App include:

1. Comprehensive management of the Spa operating system
The application allows for full management of the factors that make up the operation of a Spa/Clinic, such as:
- Information on branch facilities
- List of current equipment, services, and techniques

2. Managing customer records, treatment protocols, and treatment history
- Each customer will have a complete record stored, including: Personal information, and before-and-after treatment skin condition images. There are regulations and commitments to information security.
- Treatment plan and the process for each session, including products and techniques used. Specifically, there is monitoring, evaluation, and adjustment of treatment plans between sessions.

Spa owners can update images and descriptions of clients' skin conditions directly on the App. After submitting a request through the MetaSkin system, the team of doctors will receive, analyze, and send back a personalized treatment plan suitable for each facility's skin condition and circumstances.
